What identification do you need?
You will need:
For cheques up to £2,000
► One form of identification with your name and address on
e.g. utility bill (dated within 12 weeks), bank statement, driving licence
► One form of identification with your signature on
e.g. bank card, photo driving licence, passport (This list is not exhaustive; please contact your local branch to find out other appropriate identification)
► Any correspondence that accompanied the cheque
e.g. the letter that came with it

► Two forms of identification with your name and address on
